2 1/4 cup plain flour
Pinch of salt
1tsp baking powder
12tbsp butter (unsalted)
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2/3 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Method:
1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Line baking trays with a baking parchments.
2. Beat sugars and butter together until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. Beat the eggs in one at a time. Add the vanilla extract and then fold in the flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Scoop 12 heaping tablespoons of dough and place onto the baking sheet 2 inches apart.
4. Place in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes ( longer the time the cruncher the cookies)
5. Wait for it to cool slightly and then place onto a cooking rack to cool down.
