baileys buttercream

Ingredients: 
1 cup unsalted butter 
3 cups icing sugar 
2 tsp vanilla extract 
4 tbsp baileys Irish cream 






















Method: 
soften the butter 
add half of the baileys cream to the butter and mix 

add cup by cup of icing sugar , mix until incorporated
add the rest of the Irish cream and the vanilla extract.



note: if the mixtures to thick, mix in some milk.
