pumpkin spiced late

savour the warm spices of this seasonal coffee shop favourite in your very own kitchen ( any time of the year) and save a few £s! a little pumpkin puree added to warm milk gives the latte extra body.

I love this years fall cups from Starbucks so colourful.

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
2tbsp pure pumpkin puree
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for sprinkling
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup hot espresso
whip cream

Method:
1. combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, spice and vanilla in a medium microwave safe bowl. cover the bowl with plastic wrap and vent with a small hole
2. microwave until the milks hot. whisk vigorously until  the milk mixtures foamy
3. pour the espresso into a large mug and add the foamed milk, top with cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
