fridge tart

Ingredients: 
Milk 
Custard powder
2 tins condensed milk 
5 lemons ( fresh if possible)
Tennis biscuits ( or any other tasty biscuit)

Method:
Make the custard by mixing the custard powder with hot milk then stir on the heat till thick. Let the custard cool completely best to do that in a sink half full of cold water.



Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl remove any pips or skin. Add the condensed milk and stir, it will  get thick and start turning white. You can adjust the flavour by adding more lemon juice if you like.





Start lining the dish with the biscuits then pour over the custard and a thin layer of the lemon mixture.repeat till you have about 3-4 layers 



The final layer should be biscuit - custard - lemon mixture. Sprinkle over crushed biscuits and chill in the fridge
