peanut butter smoothie

Five minutes to a better morning. 

Total time: 5 minutes 
Prep: 5 minutes 
makes: 1 1/2 cups 
level: easy 


Ingredients: 
1 ripe banana quatered and frozen 
1/2 cup non fat milk 
1/4 cup plain nonfat yoghurt 
1 1/2 tbsp creamy, natural, peanut butter

Method: 

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
