chunky chocolate cookies




Makes 12-15 cookies



Ingredients: 
75g butter or margarine
75g sugar
75g light muscovado sugar
1 egg
175g self raising flour 
1x100g bar milk toblerone (roughly chopped) 


Method: 

Preheat oven at 180 degrees C 



Cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy and light, then beat in the egg.


Fold in the flour and toblerone pieces.


Place large tablespoons of mixtur onto baking sheets, space well apart because the cookies do spread. Bake for 12-15 minutes ( until golden) remove from the oven and cool on the sheets for 2-3 minutes then transfer onto the wire rach to finish cooling.
