you will need:
chocolate candy melts
sprinkles
balloons
mason jar
Method:
Blow up balloons and melt the chocolate
dip each balloon in the warm chocolate.
grab a mason jar and put it in a wide bowl. stand the balloon chocolate side-up in the mason jar.
make it rain sprinkles
let it set up in the fridge till its dry.
pop the balloon- a skewer is handy here
when its done:
use it as a sundae...
or to top an icecream float...
or melt a hole in the top and make a milkshake...
