1 scoop of caramel ice-cream 

bottle of chocolate stout

16ml butterscotch schnapps 

Method:

1. add scoop of ice-cream to the bottom of a pint glass.
2. pour the chocolate stout over the top 
3. add a shot of butterscotch schnapps
